“This experience was one of the best excursions we have ever had. Our tour guide, Dragan, was one of the best guides we have ever had. We were on a Viking cruise, but chose to do a small group private tour and boy we were rewarded! First, the time of year was critical. We were there in early November so there was not a lot of traffic on the 25 switchback highway. We saw only 4 buses and none of those went toward Peter II's grave.
